  Kaya Families,     Here we are - halfway through Term 2 already !    Learning intention s   English   Writing: W e are changing things in the information report mentor text to write our own texts.   Spelling: We're concentrating on the spelling ' ir , ur , and er ’.     Maths     This two-week unit provides opportunities for students to develop their understanding of communicating data through visual displays. Students are provided with opportunities to:   collect and organise categorical data   interpret data to make informed decisions   identify and describe trends in data to predict the likelihood of outcomes     School photos   This Monday 27 th May our school photos will be taking place. Please ensure your child comes to school ready wearing the full winter uniform including trousers, grey socks and teal woollen jumpers. Girls may wear skirts or trousers.   Family photos will be taken before school at 8 am on Monday 27th (A-L) and Tuesday 28 th May at 8.10 am
